Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return or exchange?
- Enter your order number (it begins with "EN" or "PP") and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
- For exchanges, input your instructions in the additional notes
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. This should take 5-10 working days (depending on your original payment method).
